Soul Candles accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship orders throughout the week, excluding Sunday's & Holidays.

Orders are processed in the order they are received and sent via UPS from New Rochelle, NY. UPS times vary per state but typically deliver within 5 -7 business days. During the busy fall/holiday season, USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed.

During the holiday season, including fall and winter, we will experience high volume of orders. Therefore, our processing time could see up to 7-10 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. We do, however, take responsibility because we understand how it feels to receive a damaged or lost/stolen package. We will work with you to replace your items. Wrong Address
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. However, if you discover the wrong address has been provided, contact us immediately as we edit your shipping address before your package is ready to ship.

Shipping During The Summer
During the hotter months of the year - June through August (maybe as early as May and as late as September), we will only ship out orders Monday - Thursday. This is to ensure that your package is not sitting over the weekend and risk melting or damage due to the heat.
