Service Description
Spring Sip, Blend & Pour is a 3-hour immersive candle and scent experience designed to celebrate the season of renewal. Join us at The Idea Kitchen in Larchmont for an afternoon of wine, creativity, and connection as you create your own custom spring fragrance. During this hands-on workshop, you will: • Blend your own signature scent from our curated spring fragrance bar • Pour a luxury beeswax candle • Craft a reed diffuser • Receive a Soul Candles apron to wear during the experience • Enjoy wine and light refreshments Each guest will also leave with a curated swag bag that includes a 7oz Soul Candle and bath salts for a post-workshop reset. All materials are provided. This is more than a class — it’s a beautifully curated seasonal experience. Limited seating available.

Cancellation Policy
🕯️ Candle-Making Workshop Policy Welcome! We're excited to have you join us for a unique candle-making experience. Please review the following policies before booking your spot: 🔹 Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payments are processed securely through our website. We do not accept walk-ins without prior registration. 🔹 Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel up to 72 hours before the workshop for a full refund or to reschedule (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend—just let us know their name ahead of time. 🔹 Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability of future workshop dates. 🔹 Minimum Attendance Workshops require a minimum of 5 participants. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel and will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation by Soul Candles, you’ll receive a full refund or option to reschedule. 🔹 Arrival Time Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled. Workshops start promptly and late arrivals may miss key steps in the process. 🔹 What’s Included All candle-making materials One finished beeswax candle to take home Light refreshments (please inform us of any allergies) A special discount on Soul Candles products during the event 🔹 Age Requirement Participants must be 13 years or older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 🔹 Photography We may take photos or video during the event for promotional purposes.
